Melissa Mattee-Murphy, Agriculture and Natural Resources Agent in Fulton County, was chosen as the recipient of the 2021 Award of Excellence presented by the Georgia Master Gardener Association (GMGA).
The project is 200 square feet in area, with 100 native plants. It is the result of a partnership with The Victory Home Inc. and Headwaters Master Gardeners.
The film is about Vertical Harvest, an ambitious small business located in Jackson Hole, WY, that combines high-tech local food production and meaningful employment for people with disabilities.
