HALL COUNTY: 2019 HCMG Symposium

Please register before October 20th. Presented by Hall County Master Gardeners in cooperation with Parks & Leisure at East Hall Community Center at 3911 P Davidson Rd, Gainesville, GA. This Symposium features 2 speakers and 2 breakout sessions. Coffee, tea, and breakfast items will be served starting at 9:30. The Keynote Speaker at 10 is Dr. Jennifer Cruse-Sanders, Director, State Botanical Garden of Georgia discussing 30 perennials for pollinators and other efforts to propagate native species at the Gardens. Breakout Sessions at 11 are either ‘Tools & Techniques for Anxiety-Free Pruning’ by Kacey Cloues or ‘Close Encounters of the Bird Kind’ by Beth & John Thomson. Final session is ‘Made in the Shade’ by Sandra Sandefur on using native plants for landscaping in shaded gardens. Cost is $10.
