Habitat for Humanity building, 824 Memorial Drive, SE, Atlanta GA. The guest speaker, Rosa McHugh, serves as President & CEO of the Chastain Park Conservancy. Trained as an architect and city planner, she has spent more than 25 years leading projects that connect communities to nature and strengthen the role of parks in urban life. Chastain Park is one of Atlanta’s most frequented public spaces, welcoming over 3 million visitors each year. Rosa will speak to us about the park's initiative to open approximately 30 acres of previously inaccessible forest landscape, continuing the work of 40 acres of restoration completed over the past decade.  All MG's a re welcome to join us.
