Join us and our host, Olivia Handley, Coweta County FACS Agent, for this demonstration class. This class will explain and discuss the basics of making and maintaining a starter. We will discuss several of the health benefits of the sourdough bread. We will also show a basic sourdough boule recipe to make with the starter and all techniques used in the process. Cost is $12 and each participant will also be given a sourdough starter at the end of class with the recipe and instructions. Only 20 spots available! Program is filling up quickly!
