Please register in advance at http://bit.ly/Fall2021NFMG-GardeningLectureSeries to assure your place. To have a beautiful lawn next year, you need to start now. Depending on your grass type, there are certain things you need to do and others you should not do. Early fall is the only effective time to reseed or plant cool-season grasses (fescue). If you have a warm-season grass (Bermuda, Zoysia), you need to prevent winter weeds from taking over. North Fulton Master Gardener John Kligora will teach this class, which will cover warm vs cool-season grasses; soil testing; fertilizing, watering and weed prevention. The class will also be available for later viewing at www.youtube.com/NorthFultonMasterGardeners.
