255 Pine Road, Newnan, GA. Our guest speaker will be Sarah Tash, PhD candidate in Earth Space Systems Science, Auburn University. Her topic will be “The Endangered Shoal Lily." She is the 2025 recipient of Catherine H. Beattie Fellowship in Conservation. Her Research focuses on the relationship between geomorphology and hydrology in the endangered shoal lily (Hymenocallis coronaria) habitats in S.E. U.S rivers and understanding how H. coronaria adapts to fluctuating river levels.
