Entomologist, apiculturist, and former Extension Agent Mickey Anderson will instruct us in beekeeping and show different types of equipment used by the beekeeper as well as different hive components. He will also talk about pollination, different castes, brood (young bee) development, comb building, guard duty, and foraging trips of bees.
